Okay, just talked to LostJohn:

He had his phone turned off the whole show, assuming WD was doing the texting. He doesn't know why WD didn't text the show, though he suspects that WD had arrived without a ticket and was planning to get one at the venue. He might have come up empty. But whatever happened, he didn't contact anyone here. So sorry, folks.

Anyway, here's the setlist as John remembers it. Caveat:as he gave it to me from memory--might be errors)

John also reports that the band was intact, in good humor, tight, and showed no signs of the rumored departure of Denny or anyone else.
