Re:Personal message to Bob Dylan 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Cesar was an hombre, you know? A great guy. I don't wanna talk about Cesar.
You can think what you want. I know who I am am and so does anyone who knows me and that's all I care about. Nobody's trying to fool nobody. So if you wanna talk some music, let's talk music, okay? That's what this place is for.
I can't believe Bob didn't play Wiggle Wiggle. That's a great rockin tune.

Sweet cracker sandwiches. Now I remember why I quit participating in boards like this around the time I came of voting age and my brain was fully baked. Not only is the entire premise of this thread asinine, it's nine unsavory layers deep in nacho cheese and unprocessed fuckery.
Here's a tip from me to you, drummer dude. Earn respect by articulating yourself well and saying something of interest. No one cares if your relationship with any musician is real or imagined. I don't care if you held Dylan's hair back for him after one too many margaritas and an ill-advised Taco Bell run on the tour bus. Beating the drum of your tenuous connection to fame only makes you look like a foolio.

Why don't you want to talk about former bandmate Diaz? I mean, you talk about former employer Bob Dylan - so why not about this bandmate? You talk about other bandmates, like Bucky Baxter. right?

Just back from Canandaigua and Hamilton, 2 amazing shows, they really are on fire! Canandaigua has the edge because of the setlist, but every song performed with passion and care!
I actually met Mr. Q at Canandaigua! He is the real thing, and quite the gentleman. Bought me and my wife an $8.00 beer. I never understood why everyone always doubts people around here. I remember when Weberman was banned at the old pool because of shit like this. And what about the whole Roger McGuinn debacle?!?!? Don't ruin your chances here folks, Charlie may not be back if we don't show him the respect and forum to voice his experiences with our man he deserves.

Your name fits you quite well!
What if Dave Kemper or George Receli were to post on here, would you all discredit them immediately?
Whatever Charlie, you don't need these "losers". Head over to Expecting Rain where we will show you the real dylan community, caring and respectful without trashing each other for no reason! This place is unbelievable. The moderator can't even spell!!!
Re:Personal message to Bob Dylan 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago
charlie, i met you few times back in 1991, you were always so nice and cool. you surely wont remember me now, but i'm sure you remember the true music fans. you even invited me to share some of those bob dylan's goupies that were hanging around backstage. those were the days. anyway, please i have a message for Bob. tellin' him that the good times are over. tell him to quit, so that we could always remember him as a great performer and not the crap he is these days.

Here's a poll that might help everybody sort this situation out:
A. Charlie really is Charlie Quintana, and people ought to give him the respect he deserves.
B. Charlie really is Charlie Quintana, and he's a a pathetic loser living on past glory.
C. Charlie is actually a pathetic loser trying to live on someone else's past glory.
D. Charlie is actually someone who doesn't want to be Charlie Quintana but thinks it's funny to post under his name.
E. Who cares, I'm actually Winston Watson but I don't go around bragging about it.
F. I just started going to Bob shows in 2006. Who's Charlie Quintana?
Just leave your answers in the box on your way out the door.
