While browsing wikipedia I saw this:

In February, 2008, it was announced on his website that Dylan's first solo record, "Seeing Things", will be released May 13, 2008. "Seeing Things" was produced by Rick Rubin. It was also announced on February 6, 2008 that Dylan would be performing at Bonnaroo in 2008 and at the new Rothbury Festival,in Rothbury, Michigan, which takes place between July 3rd-6th. At both Bonnaroo and Rothbury on the artists page, his performance is listed as "Jakob Dylan and the Gold Mountain Rebels."

I guess these were the Dylan/Rubin rumors. Wrong Dylan DAMNIT!!!!

How could an album name, tracklisting, the lot, be conformed for next year when he hasen't started recording or anything.
I don't belive Dylan would want to release an album soon after Modern Times for starters.

Cause he knows it was shit,and wants to make another good album before its too late.

I think it's cute that the rumor mill "anchored" the wrong Dylan to Rubin, but everybody knows Bob's got a 4-7 year refractory period between albums.
