No setlist, but this review on bd.com:

"Eyewitness report submitted to us
Submitted by bobdylan.com on Fri, 09/05/2008 - 04:27.
No Rating

Does anybody know the song Dylan sang about the "broken promised land?" Me and Talley heard Bob sing it in a private show in Baltimore and neither of us can get it out of our minds. Of course, anybody would want to know how we got to be at the show.... Talley's father gave us the tickets. The show, the night before, at the Virgin Fest was pretty good but the one he did the following night had a lot of songs he never does in concert.

I'm a big Johnny Cash fan, so I especially liked Big River and Folsom Prison Blues. But getting back to the point, the "broken promised land," was really special. Does anyone know whose song this is and where I might find a copy? Talley thinks it's a Warren Zevon song. Anyway, gotta go - me and Talley are gonna drive to see Bob in Canandaigua."

Ahh, what?? What's the mystery song, and.... does this remind anybody else of Uncle Sweetheart suggesting the setlist to Jack Fate? *Let's see.... Revolution.... Street Fighting Man.... Eve Of Destruction....*

I do know that M Harding wrote a song called Broken Promise Land, which was recorded by one of those country f**ks.

Maybe this by Elvis Costello (and Allen Toussaint) from The River in Reverse:

Elvis Costello - Broken Promise Land lyrics

(Costello, Toussaint)

There's a place
Where words mean nothing or much less
Such a disgrace
We got to get out of this mess

Coming in under the cover of darkness
How high shall we build this wall?
I could've said more but it would've seemed heartless
How hard did I slam that door?

I swore I'd never walk away
Until I saw this day
It didn't turn out the way we planned
Now I'm living in
Broken Promise Land
Broken Promise Land

There's a town I know
Has a strange resemblance to Jericho
Even though
Seven horns are getting ready to blow

Coming in under the cover of darkness
How high shall we build this wall?
Could've said more but it would've seemed heartless
How tight shall we close that door?

They only claimed to be redeemed
They take that name and then blaspheme
It didn't turn out the way we planned
Now I'm living in
Broken Promise Land
Broken Promise Land

There's a place
Where infidels and showgirls meet
Such a disgrace
Wedding bells crumble in the street

Coming in under the cover of darkness
How high shall we build this wall?
I could've said more but it would've seemed heartless
How tight shall we shut that door?

In the name of the Father and the Son
In the name of gasoline and a gun
It didn't turn out the way we planned
Now I'm living in
Broken Promise Land
Broken Promise Land

Or this "A Broken Promised Land" (Skyclad) {the lyrics kind of have an Infidels feel to them:

See the red "messiah" high upon a soap-box pulpit
Agitating his apostles with the gospels in his hand
While apprentice hitlers gather down in inner city subways
To immortalise their ignorance with aerosol spray cans.
Life is the lesson - History our tutor
Learn from the past - preserve us a future.
So many causes I could die for - but I don't know which is right
In this millenia of martyrs and injustices to fight
Why must brother kill his brother - when united they should stand?
Men by swords and words divided in our broken promised land.
These tattered battle standards fly - their colours do not run
Unlike our tears that trickle down the decades soon to come.
You promised us a "Golden Age" - we couldn't wait to try it
But never told us of the blood we'd have to shed to buy it!
Chorus:
We are brought forth with nothing we struggle for nothing
And then unto nothing return.
Though their words have no meaning - to question them: "Treason!"
Look back - watch the pages of history burn
Our Devil has two wings (both left wing and right)
They carry him far on this anarchic flight
'Til the fools of all nations now at his commmand
Bring darkness to once green (now unpleasant) lands.
The voices on your TV are like whispers in a dream
Someone else's nightmares in a place you've never been
But the streets run red round Tianneman Square - and the blood won't wash away
You don't recognise their faces - so young and dead they stay.
You've never had to answer to the barrel of a gun
So how could you expect... (expect what was to come?)
In the troubled streets of Moscow - and in tenements in Moss Side
There are people using silver tongues to turn dissenting worms
How can the dissatisfaction of some left or right wing faction
Hope to justify the bombs that burst - the innocents that burn.
We move in vicious circles as we fan the fires of hate
And laugh as the 'Four Horsemen' clamour at the starter's gate.
REPEAT CHORUS
Preserve us a future.

Or this by the Weeping Willows:

You sit and wait
For my precious heart to break
You promised me forever
Why did you tear us apart?
At the end of the rainbow
I found my broken heart

I was a dreamer
And you, you were my dream
Why did you leave?

Welcome home to my Broken Promise Land
Where the sun don't shine
And the cold wind whines
Welcome home to my Never Ending Land
Where the skies are grey
There's no stars to lead my way
You said you'd never walk away

You promised me forever
But I didn't realize
You never meant to keep me
All your promises were lies

I was a dreamer
And you, you were my dream
Why did you leave?

Welcome home to my Broken Promise Land
Where the sun don't shine
And the cold wind whines
Welcome home to my Never Ending Land
Where the skies are grey
There's no stars to lead my way
You said you'd never walk away

You made me cry
You make me want to die
Why, baby why?
Why did you lie?

Welcome home to my Broken Promise Land
Where the sun don't shine
And the cold wind whines
Welcome home to my Never Ending Land
Where the skies are grey
There's no stars to lead my way
You said you'd never walk away
