Are any of you viewing this? Would you like this to remain as a sticky?

Just wondering because nobody's posted to this in a long time.

          The phone dont ring

and the sun refused to shine

          The days slide by
Should have done, should have done, we all sigh
Never thought I'd ever be so lonely
After such a long, long time
          Time out of mind

I think it should remain because it can be a useful and easily accessed reference source. In addition, the collective work is a fine example of Dylan scholarship. We are fortunate to have lostchords among us, in my opinion.

I think it was in poor taste, and a case of poor judgement, to even pose the question. Doing so was hardly an inducement for lostchords to continue with the thread.

I think your first paragraph is really what we were looking for here while your second paragraph was unnecessary, and perhaps, in poor taste. In fact, it may have even been a case of poor judgement to even include the second paragraph in your post.

Posting the second paragraph was a case of poor judgement. I should have conveyed that opinion to you via PM. I apologize.

          Apology accepted.

I am not certainly not suggesting anything negative about the thread or even that it is not worthy of being a sticky, just that there had not been much feedback, etc., which doesn't mean that people aren't viewing it of course.

And I certainly was not trying to delete the thread or anything like that. Obviously it's a very good on-topic Dylan thread.

I just dont like a lot of stickies and was interested in user feedback.

I enjoyed both paragraphs. The first part of the second part and the second part of the first part are especially good.

p.s. I would definitely appreciate lostchords' Roots links remaining as a sticky.
